Construction project manager in Yuvileyniy m`yasokombinat, TOV

The customer service is looking for a construction project manager to join the team.

Requirements:
- education in the field of construction/architecture;
- knowledge of building regulations;
- knowledge of project documentation;
- knowledge of the sequence of obtaining permits for construction and repair;
- knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in construction.

Responsibilities:
- organization of design and construction works on the part of the Customer
- formation of the project budget;
- organization and holding of tenders for execution construction and installation works;
- control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- control of receipt and verification of design documentation;
- selection of subcontractors, control of terms, quality and volume of construction and installation works, that are performed.
