Construction project manager in Klassika Komforta, OOO

We are a Ukrainian construction company that implements various projects of any complexity.

We are looking for a "Construction Project Manager" in the team

1. Higher construction education.
2. Knowledge of organizational and administrative documents and methodological materials related to the production of design and construction works.
3. Knowledge of standards, technical conditions and other regulatory materials for the development and preparation of technical documentation.
4. Ability to perform technical calculations.
5. A confident PC user.
6. Experience working with government customers is desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Organization of the full cycle of construction and finishing works from scratch to commissioning of objects. Interaction with the Customer and the author's group at the stage of project development.
2. Management and control of the construction process at the objects.
3. Solving current construction issues with all departments of the company.
4. Budgeting, estimating the duration of work, drawing up a schedule of the sequence of work execution.
5. Selection contractors on a tender basis to carry out various types of works.
6. Coordination of all stages and participants of the project.
