Construction Project Manager in Avalon

In connection in connection with the expansion, our team "Avalon" is looking for a Construction Project Manager.

• higher education in the field of construction;
• additional education in the field of project management will be an advantage;
• experience in the implementation of projects in the field of residential real estate from " 0" before commissioning as a Manager;
• flexibility in decision-making;

• knowledge of computer programs: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Autodesk.

Your tasks in the team:

• expertise, management and development of projects from scratch;
• development of project strategy;
• participation in team formation and project team management;
• coordination, control of the quality and timing of project works;
• initiation and preparation of documentation for the tender;
• formation, updating and protection of the project budget;
• Financial control of the project;
• control of the execution of contracts;
• organization and control of the implementation of BMS;
• organization and control of sales;
• delivery of project into operation.
