Your main responsibilities will be: Acceptance of premises for adaptation of a shop / restaurant in it from the Lessor and transfer of the premises to the General Contractor for the execution of SMR; Administration of processes aimed at opening trade facilities; Control of the terms and stages of the opening of facilities in accordance with of the approved plan; Quality control of the work performed on installation of equipment, engineering systems, design and architecture of the premises; Control of compliance with financial discipline (budget, accounts receivable) by members of the project group; Organization of the transfer of the object into operation and support of the opening process.
