Construction project manager in Lviv-Bud 2

Responsibilities:

• Project management;
• Technical solution development;;
• Checking of estimates and acts of completed works;
• Implementation of the project implementation plan (terms, quality, budget);
• Control of compliance with technological discipline, construction rules and regulations, safety requirements of labor, industrial sanitation and fire prevention;
• Communication with customers on project management issues;

Requirements:

• Higher engineering and technical education;
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation;
• Experience in project management;
• Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Fluency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD;
