Purpose of the position: Organization and coordination of the full implementation cycle project — from concept development to facility commissioning and handover to management.

Requirements:

1. Experience in construction/real estate project management from 3-5 years (preferably in large companies).
2. Mandatory work experience from start-up to commissioning of objects, availability of implemented multi-storey objects.
3. Implemented residential or mixed-use projects.
4. Knowledge of Kyiv real estate market.
5. Interaction experience with designers, contractors, lawyers, architects.
6. Experience in obtaining permit documentation.
7. Skills in managing budgets and project financing.
8. Leadership qualities, systemic thinking.

Main tasks:

1. Strategy and management project: project management at all stages (concept > design > construction > sale > operation), control of the budget, terms and quality of work, development and control of the execution of the project roadmap.
2. Product and marketing: formation of the concept and product strategy (planning, landscaping, architecture), work with marketing (positioning, brand, advertising materials, promotion strategy), market analysis, competitor audit, definition of CA.
3. Commerce and sales: formation of commercial department, development of sales strategy (pre-sale and main sales), interaction with investors, partners, realtors, control of legal schemes and financial sales model.
4. Team and processes: team selection and management (HR, training, motivation), implementation of standards and regulations, organization of communication between all project participants.

4. Update the technical conditions on the network.
5. Conduct a project examination.
6. Get permission for construction.
7. Choose a contractor.
8. Organize construction works.
9. Organize the sale of the object: marketing, drawing up contracts.
10. Find investors and organize project financing.
11. Organize the commissioning of the object.
12. Organize the transfer of the object for maintenance to the management company.
