We are looking for a Construction Project Manager!

Duties:

• Management of the construction project in all in areas other than the organization of sales and marketing;
• Organization of effective interaction between the customer's departments, contractors, control bodies;
• Organization and coordination of all works under the project: verification of project documentation; control of project decisions together with responsible GIPs;
• Obtaining initial data and permit documentation, having own experience in obtaining initial data and permit documentation;
• Constant communication with the general designer on issues of development of project documentation in accordance with the TOR, control of the schedule of development of project works and issuance of project documentation; examination;
• Organization and control of tenders for the purchase of works and materials;
• Organization and control of the execution of works on the construction site;
• Development of the project schedule according to the logic of "issuance of Working Documentation / conducting tenders / execution of BMR and engineering works";
• Control of the project schedule and development of actions with the aim of reducing the backlog by terms, if any;
• Development and control of the construction budget of the project;
• Communication with the founders, partners and SOEs;
• Preparation of current and final reports on the project;
• Conducting meetings and keeping minutes.
