What is required:

• 3 years of project management experience (as a manager or supervisor), preferably in the Customer service;
• negotiation skills and interaction with partners;
• ability to work with business contracts and electronic document flow;
• organization, responsibility and systematic thinking;
• leadership qualities, the ability to keep a team and the process under control;
• driver's license and preferably a car.

Your tasks:

• organize the preparation of premises for the opening of new shops/restaurants;
• coordinate all stages of the construction project — from acceptance of premises to commissioning;
• control deadlines, budget and quality works;
• work with contractors, technical services and internal teams;
• support the opening process so that everything works from day one.
