Requirements:

1. Higher education - industrial and civil construction/architecture/design.
2. Experience of independent management of large projects from the moment of development of a technical solution to the moment of commissioning.
3. User of Revit, AutoCad (possible basic level).
4. Attention, responsibility, discipline, willingness to learn, desire to develop, ability to work in a team.

Duties:

1. Architectural development concepts, preparation of plans (drawings), management of the technical part of the project at the pre-project stage.
2. Organization, support and control of the implementation of design and fine-tuning works according to the project.
3. Development, optimization and coordination of the project budget.
4. Implementation of the project within the framework of the approved budget.
5. Development of the work schedule and implementation control.
6. Development and control of the implementation of the funding calendar schedule.
7. Formation and issuance of technical tasks to subcontractors.
8. Conducting tenders for the selection of subcontractors.
9. Conclusion of contracts contract.
10. Control and evaluation of the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
11. Reconciliation of estimate and project documentation.
12. Preparation and coordination of acts of completed works.
13. li>Execution of regular reports on the status of the project.
14. Coordination of the project at all stages of execution of work from passing examinations and obtaining construction permits to introduction objects into operation.
15. Prompt settlement of current issues within the limits of their competence.
16. Introduction of the object into operation.
