- Experience of working in the professions of managers of the lower level of the relevant professional direction for 2 years or more.
- < b style="font-weight: 700">Full higher construction education (master's degree, specialist).
- Good knowledge of current legislation and regulations - legal acts in the field of construction.
- Ability to lead a team and make responsible decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent command of the state language .
Responsibilities:
- Manages the implementation of the entire complex of works on technical preparation of construction at the construction site, which he coordinates.
- Directs: activities at the construction site and its production units to implement the established tasks, the achievement of high rates of construction development, the introduction of new equipment, advanced technologies, scientific achievements that ensure the growth of labor productivity; the creative initiative of employees to solve promising tasks. prevention of accidents and accidents, creation of the most favorable working conditions and improvement of construction culture, as well as measures aimed at economical consumption and rational use of fuel and other material resources; development and implementation of schedules; work in the field of technical information and propaganda, rationalization and invention , dissemination of best practices, control over compliance with industrial sanitation and fire protection rules and regulations on labor protection, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources; development and implementation of measures to ensure control and improvement of the quality of performed works from all technological processes.
- Ensures: interaction of functional and production units regarding the complex development of construction, wide use achievedof science, technology, best practice and other issues of engineering activity.

- Performs control over the timely provision of construction works with fully completed approved design documentation, takes appropriate measures to demand it in case of failure to provide or provision of incomplete design documentation.
- Performs control over the preparation of production documentation (including of the work execution project (PWR)) in accordance with the approved design documentation.
- Controls the fulfillment of the requirements of the PVR and technological processes.
- Considers and makes decisions regarding changes to the working documentation, which are related with the implementation of new normative documents, clarification of project documentation taking into account the actual state of construction.
- Organizes the execution of works and carries out control over the progress of works on the construction of the object, the quality of works in accordance with the project documentation, building regulations and rules, technical conditions and requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, including the quality of resources, as well as to carry out a step-by-step assessment of the state of the completed works.
- Participates in the development of the necessary plans for the execution of works, control over their execution and preparation of proposals in in case of necessary changes.
- Identifies, if necessary, and immediately informs the Customer about the need to perform additional work.
- Controls factors, conditions and documents that may lead to an increase in the cost of work.< /li>
- Organizes the performance of work within the time limits provided by the calendar schedule of work performance.
- Ensures immediate notification of the management in case of deviation from the work performance deadlines.
- Performs control over the correctness of maintenance on objects of all production documentation (documents on the progress of works, on the compliance of works with regulatory requirements and on the progress of control over the execution of works (logs of work execution, acts and certificates of work performed, acts on hidden works and structures, passports, certificates, acts for equipment testing, author supervision logs, inspection materials, etc.).
- Ensures maintenance and timely submission of established documentation and reporting.
- Maintains confidentiality when working with official documents, respectively to the requirements of the current legislation.
- Knows, understands and applies the current regulatory documents related to his activities.
- Knows and fulfills the requirements of regulatory acts on labor and environmental protection, adheres to norms, methods and methods of safe performance of work.
