In connection with the active development of the company, we are looking for construction project manager.

What will need to be done:

• Work with the seller: clarifying all the subtleties of the order, help in preparing offers , signing the contract and payment and delivery plan;
• Work with the client: coordination of projects, selection of materials, control of payments;
• Work with designers: setting tasks, approving projects and their adjustments;< /li>
• Work with procurement: set tasks for the purchase of materials and works, assist in conducting tenders and selecting contractors for supplies/works;
• Work with logistics: control of sending products and materials to customers and partners;
• Maintain document flow for projects.

Our wishes to the candidate for this position:

• Higher specialized education (construction/technical/project field);
• Experience as a project managerfrom 2 years (construction field);
• Proficiency in AutoCad / ArchiCad (Revit will be an advantage)
• Competent language and correspondence;
• Strategic thinking and a creative approach to tasks;
• Ability to plan, analyze, assess risks and set priorities;
• Ability to delegate, motivate, set tasks team and make their decisions;
• Ability to find a common language with the client and the team, resolve conflict situations;
• Quickly make decisions and take responsibility for them.
