We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Project Manager. Requirements: work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position; knowledge of building regulations and safety techniques; ability to plan, organize and manage projects; leadership and communication skills; Job duties: organization and full support of the construction project; participation in the development of the project concept; conclusion of contractual relations with subcontractors, control over the fulfillment of the terms of the contracts; drawing up schedules for the purchase of materials; risk register; creation and management of the project budget; short-term business trips to the site.
