Currently, we are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Manager (ventilation) to join the team for the implementation of ambitious projects in the city of Kyiv. Requirements: Higher education (construction); Work experience of at least 5 years in the supervision of ZOVIK and VC projects; knowledge of safety regulations; skills in vocational training; confident user of PC and technology, AutoCAD, MSOffice. Responsibilities: Work with design and technical documentation, project organizations and translators; ; cost control builds. materials; Verification of estimates, reports of completed works, work with subcontracting organizations, conducting tenders, collecting executive documentation, drawing up construction schedules, financing, drawing up the construction budget; Drawing up documents on occupational health and safety; Resolving current issues regarding the execution of work that arise during construction; Control workers in the procurement area; Control of the completion of work; Control of the quality and quantity of materials used; Compilation of schedules, reports, tracking of work deadlines; Arrangement of defective acts, technical tasks.
