Construction manager, foreman in Optihaus

A construction company is looking for a foreman (facility manager) to conduct turnkey construction and repair. We need a person who knows how to keep the object in hand: deadlines, quality, people, materials, reporting.

Tasks:

• Organization and control of works at the object (construction/repair).

• Management of crews and contractors, setting tasks, control of discipline.

• Control technology, quality of execution, hidden works.

• Ordering/acceptance of materials, cost accounting, control of balances.

• Keeping logs/acts/photo recording, daily reporting on progress.

• Communication with the client/project manager, solving operational issues.

• TV control, order on objects.

Requirements:

• Experience as a foreman/construction manager from 2 years.

• Reading drawings, understanding the technology of construction processes.

• Ability to plan work and manage people.

• Responsibility, systematicity, result".

• Having a car will be a plus.
