Requirements:

• construction education
• project management experience
• good skills in working with project documentation
• meeting skills
• proactive, responsible, purposeful, attentive, inquisitive
• be able to defend the customer's position, monitor construction progress in a timely manner, promptness in decision-making
• knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, regulatory framework in construction
• experience from 3 years in the construction of shopping malls / hotels / business centers / admin. buildings

Responsibilities:

• Initiation of tender purchases in accordance with the schedule.
• Control over compliance with work schedules.
• Control over compliance with meeting protocol tasks.
• Control over the timely preparation of contractual prices by the general contractor.
• Organization and control of works by contractors without the participation of the general contractor.
• Control over compliance with the design schedule, broadcast of comments to the design documentation, control over their correction. Analysis of project documentation for errors, compatibility of sections with each other, etc.
• Control of compliance with LEED requirements.
• Control of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the construction site.
• Approval of acts of completed works in accordance with the schedule of BMR, compliance with TV and OP, compliance with LEED requirements
