The project will consist of «hard» and «soft» components, which includes the construction and social parts.For the realization ofthis project weare looking for anexperienced and committedConstruction Manager(f/m)The Construction Manager ofthe Project will becontinuously involved through all project phases from inception toproject close-out.Location: UkraineDuration: upto4 years starting from 2024Requirements:University degree inConstruction, Architecture orother related fields.Atleast 5 years ofoverall all-round construction sector experience.Experience inrepresenting the Organization inmeetings etc. with the other project parties (local consultants, local contractor, local authorities).Knowledge and skills inproject management: preparation ofrelevant documentation, budget planning and execution, project reporting.Ability toset tasks for contractors, monitor the quality and timeliness ofwork, calculate and respond topotential risks that may affect the performance ofwork.Result and solution oriented.Looking for fair compromises, transparent and positive cooperation. Good governance isamust.Excellent organisational and problem solving skills, strong negogiation skills.
