Construction engineer in Rud, AT

JSC "RUD" invites a construction engineer to its team.

Requirements:

• Higher construction or technical education;
• Work experience in the field of capital construction;
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting in accounting systems;
• Desire and opportunity for development and training;
• Basic knowledge of project programs in construction.

Working conditions:

• official employment, comfortable working conditions and friendly atmosphere;
• salary from UAH 35,000. for a trial period with the possibility of growth;
• 5-day work schedule, from 08:30 to 17:00.

Duties:

• Monitors the execution of contractual obligations by design and construction organizations, in necessary cases imposes sanctions provided for in the contracts.
• Organizes the implementation of capital construction plans, the timeliness of issuing design and estimate and technical documentation for the production of construction works.
• Perform technical supervision of the deadlines and quality of work execution, in accordance with the approved project - estimate documentation, working drawings, construction regulations, standards, safety regulations, industrial sanitation.
• Controls the timely commissioning of facilities.
• Ensures the implementation of planned preventive maintenance schedules, their quality implementation in full.
• Compiles work production schedules and controls them implementation.
• Contributes to the implementation of rationalization proposals that reduce the cost and terms of construction, which accelerates the payback of capital investments (without reducing the strength of structures and deteriorating the quality of construction works).
• Develops norms of costs, tools, materials, as well as measures aimed at saving them.
• Organizes work on keeping records and reporting on capital construction.
