Nikobudproekt LLC is a design and construction company that provides a full range of construction works, starting from the design stage, obtaining a construction permit, and before putting the facility into operation. The stable structure and many years of experience of our company allow us to organize production processes with significant reductions in production times and increase the operational reliability of construction objects.
We are looking for a Construction Director / Chief Engineer who will provide effective management of the construction direction of the company - from planning and organization of work to control of deadlines, quality, budget and interaction with contractors and technical supervision.
Main duties:
1. Construction and team management
General management of the company's construction projects;
Formation and management of teams: foremen, PTO engineers, estimators (if available), OP engineers, supply managers, subcontractors;
Building a regular planning system: schedules, resource plans, weekly meetings, reporting.
2. Deadlines, budget, resources
Control of calendar schedules (MS Project / analogues), critical path, risks, corrective actions;
Control of budgets, volumes and actuation of completed works (KB-2b / KB-3 or internal forms);
Optimization of costs without loss of quality;
Supply management: approval applications, logistics, control of balances and needs.
3. Quality, technical solutions, documentation
Control of compliance of works with project documentation, DBN, technical conditions and quality standards;
Coordinating technical solutions with designers and the customer, keeping a register of changes (as-built);
Organization of VET work: executive documentation, work logs, preparation of objects for introduction into exploitation.
4. Contract work and contractors
Selection and assessment of subcontractors, participation in tenders, analysis of commercial offers;
Control of the fulfillment of contractual conditions (volumes, terms, quality, guarantees, fines);
Acceptance of completed works, work with defects and warranty obligations.
5. Occupational health and safety
Implementation and control of OP and PB requirements, briefings, admissions, audit; construction sites;
Response to incidents, prevention of violations.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher professional education;
5+ relevant work experience (construction director / chief engineer / project manager);
Practical experience in implementing full-cycle construction projects (general contractor or developer);
Knowledge of construction processes, reading drawings, understanding DBN;
Management skills: systematicity, responsibility for results, demanding quality, negotiation skills.
It will be an advantage:
Experience of working with CC2 / CC3 consequence class objects
Availability profile cardsficats (technical supervision, estimator, OP - depending on the company structure)
Experience in implementing management processes: quality checklists, work performance standards, KPI for contractors and contractors
