The company "WINHAB LOGISTICS HOLDING", which is engaged in the construction and development of logistics complexes on the territory of Ukraine (today the company has more than 200 thousand square meters of logistics space and plans to develop to 1,000,000 square meters) invites cooperation Director in construction!

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in construction/technical field.
• Understanding of project management and management.
• Experience in planning and preparation of projects.
• Experience in obtaining construction permit documentation.
• Experience in contractual work, organizing control of contractors and conducting tenders.
• Availability of managerial competences and experience in the implementation of construction projects is mandatory (preferably industrial facilities).
• Providing a portfolio of implemented projects.
• Readiness to business trips.

Main tasks:

• Management of the construction project (network of logistics parks of class A, A+ 1000000 m2).
• Project planning: preparation of the concept and business model, project schedules.
• Organization and control of concept and design works: preparation of initial data, coordination of project solutions and their functional and cost analysis.
• Support of permits and legal documentation for project implementation.
• Preparation and support of tenders.
• Support of project management methods and tools for implementation of the project;
• Organization and control of construction and assembly works according to the approved plan;
• Ensuring interaction with subcontractors, coordination of activities of suppliers and contractors;
• Control over effective use of resources and quality of work;
• Operational control of project implementation: technical control, control of work execution, deadlines and budget;
• Interaction with state authorities bodies: obtaining expert opinions, approvals, technical conditions, etc.
• Transfer of objects into operation and lease.
• Constant work on quality improvement and optimization of technical solutions and construction costs.
