Key tasks in the position:

• Organize a full cycle of opening and reconstruction works of cinemas: from the formation of the concept to the commissioning of the object
• Form and manage the project team (internal resources, architects, contractors)
• Develop calendar plans, budgets and monitor their implementation
• Manage project risks, changes and resources
• Coordinate the work of designers, contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance of the completed works to the project documentation, technical standards and regulations of the DBN
• Optimize work plans taking into account the interests of interested parties and available technologies
• Validate architectural, engineering and structural solutions at all stages of the project
• Organize interaction between all project participants (internal departments, lessors, contractors, control bodies)
• Implement reconciliation processes solutions and change management, ensure the fixation and dissemination of successful practices
• Control the work of external contractors, choose optimal supply approaches
• Prepare and defend reporting to management, ensure timely handover of the facility into operation
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental standards
  
  

From you we expect:

• Higher technical education (construction, architecture, engineering) or management
• Experience of 5+ years in the field of construction or reconstruction
• Minimum2-3 implemented full-cycle projects in the role of manager/supervisor with a budget of 40 million hryvnias
• Experience of working with large contracting organizations
• Experience in commercial real estate projects or furnishing works (preferably cinemas, shopping malls)

Knowledge and skills:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello management tools
• Knowledge of construction regulations and standards (DBN, SNiP, ISO)
• Ability to read drawings and evaluate technical solutions
• Proficiency in MS Project tools, BIM technologies (preferred), AutoCAD
• Fundamentals of management accounting and financial control (budgets, reports)

• Developed business communication and presentation skills
• Experience in negotiating with contractors, developers, management TRC
