In connection with the expansion activity, we are looking for a responsible and motivated person for the position of Head of construction and installation of the fiber optic cable. The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for managing fiber optic construction and installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and with high quality.

• Planning and coordination of construction and installation works of VOLS;
• Interaction with contractors/customer and by work crews to ensure the effectiveness of the project;
• Compilation of work schedules and control over the timely completion of tasks;
• Control over the quality of work performance and compliance with technical requirements;
• Conducting an assessment risks and development of project management strategies;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

Requirements :

• Experience in the construction and assembly industry, preferably with a focus on fiber optics
• Knowledge of technical aspects of construction and installation of fiber optic cables;
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate the work of contractors;
• High responsibility, result-oriented and the ability to make decisions under conditions of limited time;
• Excellent communication skills skills and the ability to work in a team.
