Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, we have significantly expanded our activities in order to save as many victims of Russian aggression as possible. Our main values ​​are equality, tolerance and humanity, we broadcast them not only through activities, but also through team interaction.


We help the population in all government-controlled territories: evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, transfer charitable assistance, we carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in various regions of the country.

  • Responsibilities:

    • represent the fund in the activities of the Consortium and the CSO network, supporting interaction;

    • build and strengthen partnerships with Consortium members and local partners;

    • oversee and participate in the operational planning of the Consortium members through departmental working groups and daily information exchange;

    • represent the fund before state authoritiestours, donors, NGOs and other interested parties at the regional and national levels;

    • establish relations with local authorities, partners and communities to ensure the activities of the Consortium TERA;

    • demonstrate high flexibility, professionalism, ethical standards and respect for all participants in the process.

    We expect:

    • higher education;

    • experience in the public sector and international organizations;

    • strong team coordination skills, ability to listen and reach consensus;

    • fluency in the Ukrainian language and a high level of English (oral and written communication is a must);

    • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build partnerships and represent the organization at various levels, including civil servants, community leaders, local and international organizations;

    • attention to details, adherence to procedures and deadlines.
