Main duties:

•  Ensuring correct and accurate handling of customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels
•  Coordinating internal and external information to ensure its relevance - Regular reporting and performance analysis
• Ensuring confidentiality and security of information

Requirements to the candidate:
