How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• processing of conflict situations of high complexity from various sources (information support, PR with clients, Internet resources)

• solving situations according to the formed algorithm of actions related to alcohol , drug intoxication, violence, anti-Ukrainian conflicts, insurance incidents, etc.

• separate study of non-standard conflict situations, proposal of solutions and their implementation

• analysis of the situation with the blocking of drivers after the termination of cooperation and the decision to resume cooperation

• autonomy, self-motivation

• preparation of reports and analysis of the efficiency of resource use, providing suggestions for optimization

Challenges for 3 months:

• get acquainted with the structure of the department and master the main business processes

• learn the internal basics of communication between departments

• successful fulfillment of set goals and objectives

• timely response to critical situations

• resolution of conflict situations that carry potential reputational risks for the company

• no critical errors< /span>

To achieve results, you will need:

• negotiation skills, conflict management, dialogue strategy formation, belief management

• experience of working with conflicts of high complexity from the 1st year

• English at Upper-Intermediate level< /p>

• high analytical abilities, the ability to predict human behavior

• multitasking, the ability to work with a large amount of information
