The advantages will be: experience in events, tourism, in the field of hospitality, experience in working with any CRM systems to quickly master ours, having a driver's license of category "B" What will you do: Logistics support of events (planning/preparation / conducting) Ensuring the process of preliminary preparation of the location on the eve of the event, work on the site on the day of the event Preparation of documents for the event (registration lists, compensations, etc.) Organization, control and support of transfers for event participants Control of accommodation / meals / payments (compensations) to participants Layout of the hall according to the specifics of the event, installation of equipment, assembly and collection of printed and distributed materials, implementation of technical support (installation and connection of presentation and sound reinforcement equipment) Coordination and control of contractors' work Competent assistance to the Client in all questions and tasks at all stages of organizing the event on location Prompt resolution of issues that arose at the event Working in to our team, you will receive: professional and personal development; a lot of freedom and personal responsibility, new projects every day, but regular clients, non-standard situations; career and financial growth; irregular work schedule, there will be business trips, new locations and new acquaintances.
