Job responsibilities: Receive incoming calls from clients and provide consultation on the concierge service provided. Record and confirm orders for the provision of services, such as ticket reservations, arranging transfers, hotel reservations, etc. Coordinate and manage the execution of orders, ensuring timely provision of services clients. Maintain an electronic database of clients and their preferences to personalize services. Ensure constant communication with clients to clarify additional requirements and ensure their full satisfaction. Operate software to manage orders and create reports on work performed. Maintain the confidentiality of information provided by clients .Monitor market information and new trends in the field of concierge services to improve the quality of services provided and meet customer needs. Strive for continuous improvement of work processes and the quality of customer service. Requirements: Higher or secondary vocational education. Experience in the field of concierge service required (minimum 1 year)Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Experience with order management and database software.Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.Responsibility, attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of customer service. Knowledge of additional languages ​​(especially English) will be an advantage.
