Maintain the confidentiality of information provided by clients .Monitor market information and new trends in the field of concierge services to improve the quality of services provided and meet customer needs. Strive for continuous improvement of work processes and the quality of customer service. Requirements: Higher or secondary vocational education. Experience in the field of concierge service required (minimum 1 year)Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Experience with order management and database software.Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.Responsibility, attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of customer service. Knowledge of additional languages ​​(especially English) will be an advantage.
