What you will do:

• Provide premium customer support via chat, phone and email;
• Search and analyze information in open sources according to customer requests;
• Apply the best practices of interaction with clients and build warm long-term relationships with them;
• Work with confidential information of clients, adhering to security principles;
• To develop in a young team of specialists in logistics, aviation, tourism, banking, hospitality from all over the world;
• Grow, grow and grow again.

In addition to a sincere desire to help people, we expect you to have:

• A high level of command of the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to clearly and clearly formulate thoughts;
• Experience working with clients;
• Analytical and research skills;
