Computer Vision Engineer in Edsson Ukraine LLC

Responsibilities:

— Develop and implement computer vision algorithms to meet project requirements.

— Support engineers in all stages of the algorithm lifecycle, including building, training, tuning, analyzing, and testing CV models.

— Adapt algorithms for embedding in vision-based products.

— Participate in the analysis and testing of system performance.

— Prepare procedures and reports related to algorithm development and performance testing.

— Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to support system maturation.

Requirements:

— Hands-on experience developing, architecting, and running ML or deep learning applications.

— Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.

— Experience with handling and processing image data, including labeling data in experimental and synthetic environments.

— Proficiency in ML and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow/Keras.

— Excellent collaboration and documentation/reporting skills.

— Ability to interpret raw sensor data and understand its electro-optical properties.

— Familiarity with basic design of optical systems, ideally including higher-order optics.

— Experience running experimental setups for data collection and algorithm training.

— Exposure to feedback control applications using optical sensors.

— Experience in space applications (desirable).
