Computer systems engineer (technical support) in Metinvest Digital

We are inviting a Computer Systems Engineer to join the technical support team!
We are currently looking for a specialist with 1 year or more experience as a system administrator or technical support engineer.

The work format is hybrid (on average 2 days a week - office, 3 days - remote work).

| KEY TASKS:

• Installing and configuring the Windows OS, MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others).
• Connecting and configuring the printer , scanner, camera and other equipment.
• Ensuring smooth operation, timely repair, technical and preventive maintenance of computing equipment, printing and duplicating equipment and other IT equipment.
• Installation, connection , initial setting of network interfaces of computer equipment, printing and reproduction equipment and network equipment.
• Technical support for video conferences, reports, meetings, presentations.
• Preparation of computer equipment , technical review of individual devices and nodes.
• Provision of quality service to users.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience as a system administrator or technical support engineer - from 1 year.
• Experience installing and configuring Windows OS and MS software Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferably - experience in administration of OS MS Windows Server.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining workplaces (computer equipment).
• Administration of Active Directory. Powershell skills (workflow automation).
• Skills in connecting, configuring and maintaining peripherals (printers, MFPs, scanners, cameras, etc.). Experience in maintaining network equipment (routers, switches, WiFi access points). It will be a plus with: > - knowledge of Apple technology (a confident user of MacOS); >
