Computer systems engineer (technical support) in Metinvest Digital

We are inviting a Computer Systems Engineer to join the technical support team!
We are currently looking for a specialist with 1 year of experience as a system administrator or technical support engineer.

| KEY TASKS:

• Maintenance and repair of computer, duplicating and printing equipment and other related computer equipment.
• Installation and administration of workers user stations under the control of the Windows OS.
• Installation of standard and specialized software.
• Search, analysis and correction of software errors in the operation of computer equipment and operating systems.
• li>Execution of SLA and user satisfaction metrics.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Engineering and technical education (electronic systems, computer science, computer and network engineering, communication).
• Knowledge of the technical characteristics and design features of computer, duplicating and printing equipment.
• Skills in the repair and maintenance of such equipment.
• Skills in setting up and optimizing the operation of computer equipment, software and operating systems.
• Responsibility, punctuality, attention to details.
• Resistance to stress, communication skills.
• Will< plus:
  - desire to learn and use acquired knowledge in practice.
