Must-have

• Education: vocational or higher education in the relevant field of study (master, specialist, bachelor or junior specialist).
• Willingness to work in the Odesa office

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of IP telephony, basic SQL skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Ubuntu systems, and skills of working with the server part.
• PC assembly skills and understanding the principles of configuration.
• Skills in working with a local network, including laying cables, connecting and configuring active network equipment.
• Understanding the principles of TCP/IP network protocols.
• Understanding the principles of Vlan, VPN technologies.

What will you do as

• processing of incidents, user requests directly in the office or remotely;
• providing advice on technical issues;
• setting up/installing Windows operating systems, Linux;
• connection, configuration and installation of drivers for peripheral equipment;
• perform assembly of computers, modular replacement of hardware parts;
• diagnosis of PC hardware and software failures;
• local network support and other tasks;
• priority diagnosis of sorting line failures;
• information service support terminals.
