Computer systems engineer (HelpDesk) in TOV "MSL"

Main responsibilities:

• Technical support and consultation of users on issues related to the operation of PCs and software in the office and remotely. 
• Administration and maintenance of user PCs, laptops, office equipment.
• Configuration, installation and maintenance of operating systems, office and application software.
• Accounting of tickets in the Service Desk system.
• Interaction with providers of equipment maintenance and repair services. 

Main requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Windows 10, 11
• Basic knowledge of Ubuntu, macOS
• Practical experience in diagnosing and configuring PCs, office equipment
• Good communication skills for user work

Working schedule - 9:00-18:00. 

Mandatory work in the office (district of the Palats sportu metro station) - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Monday, Friday - you can work remotely.

Work in a team, we conduct training.

Overtime, if necessary, is paid at a double rate.
