We invite you to join our team of Computer Systems Engineer (computer and cash register equipment).
Main responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the work of subcontractors in the service of computer and cash register equipment of stores. Resolution of disputed issues between stores and subcontractors.
- Verification of the fulfillment of tender conditions and contractual obligations (compliance of the cost of the services provided, performed works with the requirements, their warranty, etc.).
- Working with primary documentation (preliminary verification of documents for compliance with contractual requirements and legislation).
- Organization of execution of scheduled works at network facilities.
- Control of changes in store equipment configurations.
- Consultation of store employees on specific issues related to equipment maintenance.
- Interaction with adjacent units of the enterprise on setting up, testing, diagnostics of computer and cash register equipment.
- Participation in department projects.
Basic requirements:
- preferably work experience in a similar position, in technical support, service center;
- general ideas about setting up and operation of a computer and a local computer network;
- idea about the operation of databases;
- knowledge specifics of store operations (will be an advantage);
- confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- ability to work with large volumes of disparate information;
- analytical mindset;
- competent and correct speech, ability to speak clearly express an opinion.
