We are the company "VECHIR TELECOM" — an Internet provider that has been operating since February 2014 in the market of telecommunication services and communications. We work in Kyiv and have branches in Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi regions. There are more than 100 people in the team, we continue to develop, expand our horizons and are not going to stop. Functional duties: visiting the subscriber according to the plan in UserSide; checking the speed of the Internet connection; diagnosing the malfunction of the global network (checking the presence and level of the optical signal with a meter , ONU device serviceability diagnostics); local network malfunction diagnostics; repair and adjustment of computer equipment, peripheral devices, smartphones and other equipment, which, according to their characteristics, is connected to the LCM of the subscriber's household; repair of the subscriber's software and hardware complexes; sale of components to PCs and/or other computer equipment; sale of goods from the Company's online store; replacement and adjustment of PC components on site or in a repair workshop (IEM office in TSO); installation of LCM elements; installation of all types of software on the subscriber's device; setting up routers/switches; setting up TV set-top boxes; consulting assistance to the subscriber regarding the use of his devices; performing individual technical tasks of the subscriber.
