Computer systems engineer in Nova Digital

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a "Computer Systems Engineer". What you will be doing: monitoring the operation of services; processing incidents, user requests through the service desk directly in the office or remotely; supporting users, providing advice on technical issues; configuration/installation of Windows, Linux operating systems; connection, configuration and installation of drivers for peripheral equipment; assembly of computers, modular replacement of hardware parts; diagnostics of PC hardware and software failures; local network support and performance of other tasks; priority diagnosis of sorting line failures; information support terminal service. About you: understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory service principles; basic knowledge of IP telephony, basic SQL skills; professional technical education; excellent knowledge of Ubuntu, Windows systems and skills in working with the server part; PC assembly skills and understanding of configuration principles; local skills network, including laying cables, connecting and setting up active network equipment; understanding the principles of TCP/IP network protocols; understanding the principles of Vlan, VPN technologies.
