Computer Systems Engineer in Ajax Systems

Computer Systems Engineer at Ajax Systems is responsible for management, support and optimization of information systems, computer equipment and services in the organization.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Administration of operating systems: Understanding and experience working with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, as well as the ability to configure, update and manage them.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services: Understanding of the principles of network protocols such as TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and experience configuring and maintaining network services.
• Monitoring and Diagnostics: Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to identify anomalies and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of cloud services architecture: Understanding of concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Maintenance of computer equipment : Work methods and rules of operation, repair, adjustment, diagnostics and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
• Information security: Knowledge of the principles and methods of information protection, including antivirus applications, firewalls, authentication systems and access control.

Tasks:

• User support: Providing technical support to users, including solving their queries and problems.
• Implementation of new technologies: Implementation and updating of new technologies and solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Collaboration with other departments: Interact with other departments and teams to ensure IT best practices and to solve joint tasks and projects.
• System monitoring and diagnostics< /strong>: Monitoring the operation of systems, identifying and solving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.
