Company information: Ukraine's largest retail chain Region: m Dnipro Requirements: Experience working in a similar position in technical support, service center Understanding the principles of administration, configuration and troubleshooting Understanding the principles of building and distributing corporate software Experience working with Servise Desk Experience in negotiations with service and equipment suppliers Basic responsibilities responsibilities: Verification of acts of computer equipment repair work (original documents, cost of services provided in accordance with the tender, work performed for repeated or warranty work). Preparation of documents and their transfer to the accounting department, economic service, contract department (verification of correctness preparation of documents, filling and summaries, signing by responsible persons). Control of the performance of works by subcontractors based on requests from stores. Control over compliance by subcontractors with contractual obligations. Organization of planned works at network facilities. Preparation of maintenance schedules, OS permutations, software updates. Creation and control of work from the above orders. Consultation of users as 2 or 3 lines of support. Resolution of disputed issues between stores and contracting organizations.
