We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a "Computer Systems Engineer". What you will be doing: monitoring the operation of services; processing incidents, user requests through the service desk directly in the office or remotely; supporting users, providing technical advice issues; configuring/installing Windows, Linux operating systems; connecting, configuring and installing drivers for peripheral equipment; performing computer assembly, modular replacement of hardware parts; conducting diagnostics of PC hardware and software failures; local network support and performing other tasks; primary diagnostics sorting line failures; terminal information service support. About you: understanding of the principles of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory services; basic knowledge of IP telephony, basic SQL skills; professional technical education; excellent knowledge of Ubuntu, Windows systems and skills in working with the server part; skills of PC assembly and understanding of configuration principles; skills of working with a local network, including laying cables, connecting and configuring active network equipment; understanding of the principles of TCP/IP network protocols; understanding of the principles of Vlan, VPN technologies.
