Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd line of technical support for users, processing requests in the ServiceDesk;
- Install, configure, make block repairs and maintain computer equipment at employees' workplaces;
- Install, configure, debug system and application software on employees' workstations;
- Administer Windows-based client OSes;
- Remotely administer employee workstations;
- Keep track of the number of computer equipment, peripherals and licensed software;
- Administer access rights of users in Active Directory;
- Install, configure and maintain network and peripheral equipment;
- Configure group policies in Active Directory and automate user work.
Working conditions:
