Your main tasks will be:

• ensuring stable operation of computers, peripherals, office equipment, operating systems, application software and corporate network;
• maintenance, diagnostics and prevention of equipment to prevent malfunctions;
• installation operating systems (from corporate images) and agreed software; removal of dangerous or non-productive software;
• administration of servers and services: updating data, control and granting access within the limits of authority;
• estimation of the need for the purchase of computer equipment and office equipment based on applications and equipment load;
• keeping records and monitoring the condition of equipment and software; 
• consultations for employees regarding the operation of PCs, office equipment and software; 
• assistance in increasing the digital literacy of employees;
• compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

 We expect from you:

• higher education (preferably technical);
• work experience in the field of information technologiesfrom 1 year;
• good level of knowledge of the software used in the company; 
• skills for diagnosing malfunctions and failures of corporate equipment and software;
• endurance and stress resistance, ability to work in a team; 
• developed communication skills, analytical thinking, attentiveness and thoroughness;
• ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions;
• ordered documents, namely, an existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired), etc.
