Basic requirements:
- Experience in technical support, service center (consultant, engineer or administrator).
- Knowledge of the principles of LAN/WAN construction, general concepts of network protocols, services and functions performed them: TCP/IP-stack, FTP/HTTP(S), SMTP/POP/IMAP, DHCP/SNMP/NTP/SSH/Telnet, etc.
- Understanding the principles of administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
Understanding the principles of building and distributing enterprise software.
Service Desk experience.
- Experience in negotiating with service and equipment suppliers.
