Our employee in this position:

• Registers, appoints an appeal, independently helps the user or forwards the request to the support line
• Provides prompt and high-quality technical assistance or consultation regarding IT services
• Ensures the definition of the profile of the incident
• Timely responds to the request and deals with its resolution
• Analyzes incidents, understands mass incidents and responds quickly to them
• Creates requests for the purchase of equipment, knows how to form clear TK

• Own devices with operating systems Windows, IOS, Mac OS, Android
• Ability to work with office equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Office at the level of a confident user Troubleshooting
• Experience in organizing warehouse accounting will be an advantage
