Your main tasks will be:

• the first line of support for users of the IT-Enterprise ERP system and other software products;
• to ensure the classification of information about detected incidents in the operation of information systems;
• analyze and take measures to eliminate incidents;
• monitor the status and process of solving open requests (incidents);
• inform users about the progress of work during the life cycle of a request (incident);
• advise users and resolve their requests on the first line of support;
• fill the information and reference base;
• information protection and information security, within the limits of their authority, in accordance with established instructions and orders;
• availability of corporate services and business applications to users according to their authority and access levels;
• administer the services of their area of ​​responsibility on on the basis of the granted powers: updating information, controlling the access of company employees to data, granting access rights to data, in accordance with their powers;
• assistance in raising the level of qualification and awareness of the Company's employeesand working with corporate services and business applications through writing instructional materials and conducting training.

 We expect from you:

• a complete higher education in the relevant field of study;
• 3 years of work experience in the field related to information technology;
• practical skills of working with office software and accounting systems;
• experience of supporting users in accounting systems and the systems themselves (ERP, Parus, 1C, others);
• experience working on Service Desk and Help Desk platforms;
• ability to communicate with users and colleagues, to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms in words, to cooperate effectively in a team;
• readiness to constantly improve your knowledge in the field of computer technologies through reading, independent study and participation in professional courses and seminars;
• ordered documents, namely available military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired), etc.
