Computer systems engineer in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the group of companies NOVA is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and workload. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a "Computer Systems Engineer".

What will you do:

• monitoring of services;
• processing of incidents, user requests through the service desk directly in the office or remotely;
• li>
• supporting users, providing advice on technical issues;
• configuring/installing Windows, Linux operating systems;
• li>
• connecting, configuring and installing drivers for peripheral equipment;
• perform computer assembly, modular replacement of hardware parts ;
• conduct diagnostics of PC hardware and software failures;
• local network support and other tasks;< /li>
• priority diagnosis of failures of sorting lines;
• support of the information service of terminals.

About you:

• Education: vocational or higher education in the relevant field of study (master, specialist, bachelor or junior specialist).      

• Understanding principles of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

• Basic knowledge of IP telephony, basic SQL skills

• of Ubuntu, Windows and server-side skills

• PC assembly skills and understanding of configuration principles

• Skills of working with local network, including laying cables, connecting and configuring active network equipment.

• Understanding the principles of TCP/IP network protocols.

• Understanding the principles of Vlan, VPN technologies.
