Computer Systems Engineer in Ajax Systems

Computer Systems Engineer at Ajax Systems is responsible for management, support and optimization of information systems, computer equipment and services in the organization.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Operating systems administration:Understanding and experience with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux , as well as the ability to configure, update and manage them.
• Knowledge of Network Protocols and Services: Understanding of network protocol principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and configuration experience and support of network services.
• Monitoring and Diagnostics: Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to identify anomalies and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of cloud services architecture: Understanding of concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Maintenance of computer equipment: Work methods and rules of operation, repair, adjustment, diagnostics and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
• Information Security: Knowledge of principles and methods of information protection, including anti-virus programs, firewalls, authentication systems and access control.

Task:

• User support: Providing technical support to users, including solving their queries and problems.
• Implementing new technologies: Implementing and updating new technologies and solutions that improve productivity and the efficiency of information systems.
• Collaboration with other departments: Interact with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in the IT field and to solve common problems and projects.
• Monitoring and diagnostics of systems: Monitoring the operation of systems, identifying and solving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.
