Main functional duties:

• uninterrupted operation of IT equipment at the company facility
• fulfillment of requests in the Service Desk system
• SLA application in Service Desk incident handling
• solving incidents related to the work of personal computers, peripheral equipment, printing equipment, telephony, network communications of workplaces
• providing advice to users in working with software
• conducting routine work with IT equipment (cleaning, prevention of user IT equipment, maintenance of batteries in security devices)
• service of user workplaces: installation of workplaces, transfer, elimination of problems in the operation of computer equipment and software< /li>
• accounting of computer equipment in 1C, control of shipment and return of equipment from the warehouse, as well as subcontractors and service organizations
• participation in equipment inventory, identification of IT equipment, application of inventory numbers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• higher education
• knowledge of Windows OS at the administrator level.
• li>understanding of the operating principles of the Windows Server OS: AD, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
• stress resistance
