Tasks you will face:

• Level 2 support: ensuring stable operation of mobile devices and end computer systems users.
• IT asset management: accounting in ERP and MDM systems, equipment life cycle control.
• Cooperation with Service Desk: coordination of work to comply with SLA and improve the quality of user support.
• Service quality control: monitoring of workstation and application support, participation in improving service processes.
• Analysis of incidents: identification of root causes of problems, communication between L2, L3 and Service Desk for quick resolution.
• Project management: planning and implementation of computer and mobile equipment replacement projects.

Wishes to candidates: 

• Education - higher (information technology, computer systems).
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Experience in supporting mobile devices.
• Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate.
