What should be done?

• implement, develop and support IT systems of document management;
• collect, analyze and formalize requirements from business customers;
• describe and model business processes, prepare technical documentation;
• participate in the design and implementation of new functional solutions;
• prepare requirements for integrations between systems and control their implementation;
• cooperation with development teams;
• check the compliance of ready-made solutions with agreed requirements;
• support of users in the process of implementation and operation of systems;

What do we expect?

• work experience from the 1st year in the position of a business analyst (preferred), or education or professional courses - ready to take interns;
• ability to conduct interviews, prioritization of received requirements, ability to impose requirements on standard functionality;
• experience of setting up a full development cycle (from technical specifications to project delivery into operation - will be an advantage;
• experience of drafting technical and methodological documentation;
• experience of implementation and support of systems for automation of business processes (will be an advantage);
• experience of working with HR and ERP systems, as an IT business analyst (will be an advantage);
• skill of organizing working time and focus on results;
• skills business communication;
• desire and skillsI'm a fast learner;
