Computer systems analyst in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

Your main tasks:

• Coordinating the work of a team of engineers on duty.
• Incident and problem management, ensuring the continuity of business processes and high quality IT services.
• Development, implementation and monitoring of SLAs for internal users.
• Reporting and interaction with IT and risk management departments to minimize ICT-risks.
• Reporting on the monitoring of the ICS, preparation of analytical reports for the management of the IT department.
• Support and implementation of initiatives for optimization, automation and digital transformation of processes.
• Participation in infrastructure development projects and integration of new services.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education in the field of IT, cyber security or related fields.
• Experience of working in IT departments of large companies or banks.
• Experience of managing teams, communication and interaction with business units.
• Experience in integration projects CRM, BI, API, migration, etc.).
• Practical skills of working with IT infrastructure automatic monitoring software (SCOM, ZABBIX, Grafana).
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell.
• Knowledge and practical experience of TIL/ITSM processes.
• Analytical thinking, system orientation.

Practical experience of working with ICT-risks.
