We invite a computer support engineer (trainee) to join our media family, if you: speak Ukrainian and can express your thoughts accurately; have high communication skills, analytical and critical thinking; are a confident PC user (Microsoft: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, MS Office 2016/2019, SharePoint, PowerShell; know network equipment: Wi -Fi, routers, switches; you have knowledge of Apple products: iOS, Mac OS; you know the basics of the English language - it will be an advantage; you are result-oriented, able to work under deadlines, able to learn quickly. As an intern, you will be engaged in: managing the Knowledge Base and writing technical instructions; monitoring of the condition of office equipment and network equipment, its adjustment; improvement of IT service schemes.
